Associated Press sports writer Tim Reynolds is the guest speaker for the Miami Lakes Chamber of Commerce’s general membership luncheon meeting scheduled for Wednesday, November 4, at Don Shula’s Hotel.
Reynold’s topic will be “Applying Team Sports strategies to businesses and organizations.”
Networking starts at 11:30 a.m. followed by lunch at 12 noon. Deadline to reserve a table is at 2 p.m. on Friday, October 9.
Lunch admission is $30 for members and their guests who reserve, $35 for members and their guests who do not reserve, and $40 for non members (cash only.)
Reynolds joined the Associated Press in 2002 and he and his wife have called Miami Lakes home since 2004. He will cover the Olympics for the eighth time next summer at the Rio de Janeiro Games. He is the AP’s Miami Heat and Miami Hurricanes football beat writer, plus has worked Super Bowls, the World Series, the Stanley Cup finals, and more during his 24-year career.
A native of upstate New York, Reynolds is a voter for the Baseball Hall of Fame, a member of the Pro Basketball Writers Association, and has reported from 10 different countries. He is a contributor to WSVN-Channel 7’s “Sports Extra” program and is a frequent guest on sports radio shows across North America.
