The Art Real Estate Team has been served home buyers and sellers in Miami Lakes for more than three decades. Realtors Art Rodriguez, his wife Maria Victoria Rodriguez and son Gabriel Baratto make up the dream team. Although their office is headquartered in Weston, the Art Real Estate Team works out of their Miami Lakes home in the Royal Palm Estates community.
“We are the number one selling agents in Miami Lakes,” Art Rodriguez said.
Rodriguez said he earned his real estate license when he was 18 years old and still has enthusiasm for what he does.
“I love the business, we are very knowledgeable, we are very hands-on and always available,” he said.
Rodriguez says 60 percent of their clients come from referrals or are former clients.
“Our goal is not only to sell their home but to have them as a life-long client,” said Rodriguez.
For over 24 years, Art Real Estate Team has advertised in The Miami Laker.
“It’s the local newspaper and we do get people that call us from seeing us in The Miami Laker,” Rodriguez said. “They know they can find us in the paper.”
