Miami Lakes Economic Development Committee has announced the nominees for the inaugural “ Best of Miami Lakes’ awards and residents are encouraged to show their support by voting for their favorites in a survey that can be found at www.miamilakes-fl.gov/edc by Friday, October 20.
From the mom and pop shops to the family-owned restaurants that bring Miami Lakes neighborhoods to life, this is a chance to show support and celebrate small businesses and what they do for the community.
The winning businesses will be recognized on Small Business Saturday, November 25, at the annual Festival of Lights event on Main Street.
