Dr. Olazabal makes return to Miami Lakes

On June 7, Dr. Bertha M. Olazabal opened her office in Miami Lakes located at 5803 NW 151 street, suite 107. Dr. Olazabal specializes in Internal Medicine and has been practicing for over 30 years.

Olazabal has always called Miami home. She graduated from Hialeah Miami Lakes Senior High where she was the valedictorian in 1979. After graduation she stayed in Miami and opened her practice in Hialeah, where she was at for 29 years.

Recently she decided to move her practice to Miami Lakes, she has always loved this town and it was the right time to make the move. Most of her patients are happy with the move because the location is convenient and easier for them. Since her office is on the first floor and has plenty of parking the transition has been very smooth.

Aside from her practice, Olazabal visits patients that are in nursing homes, at the hospital or at an adult living facility. She makes those visits monthly. Patients of hers that have been admitted to the hospital she checks in and treats them regularly.

Olazabal wants to let Miami Lakes know that she’s back. She also stresses that everyone should have their preventive studies done once a year even if you are very healthy. Insurances cover all preventive studies and she urges everyone to get checked out.
