Entrepreneurs’ Organization South Florida (EO-SOFLO) has appointed Miami Lakes businessman Aaron Lee as its new president to lead the group that fosters entrepreneurship and economic development in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.
EO-SOFLO is one of the world’s largest EO chapters with about 180 members who run businesses that account for more than $1 billion in yearly revenues and 30,000 jobs in this region. Worldwide, EO has more than 11,000 members – all of whom are majority shareholders of businesses with at least $1 million in annual revenue – in more than 48 countries.
Lee is founder of Illuminati Studios, a digital marketing and design agency at 8100 Oak Lane in the Miami Lakes Business Park West.
“As you might expect in South Florida, our EO chapter has an especially broad and dynamic collection of entrepreneurs and creative business minds,” said Lee, who succeeds the two-year presidential term of Barry Kates. “I’m humbled, honored and excited all at once to follow Barry’s great work, and to lead EO’s efforts to foster even greater entrepreneurship in this region.”
