Steve Williams, a 30-year construction management veteran, has been named Vice President of Construction, a newly-created position at The Graham Companies, the original developer of the Miami Lakes community.
Williams will be responsible for overseeing all of the company’s new construction, both commercial and residential, including new residential development in Town Center and other projects in Miami Lakes Business Park West.
Originally from Texas where he earned a Construction Management degree from Texas A&M, Williams began his career in Texas where he oversaw a multitude of institutional, residential and commercial projects.
He moved to Florida in 2004, first to Lake Mary, and then Ft. Lauderdale where he now resides.
Most recently, Williams was Operations Executive at Facchina Construction of Florida where he has been responsible for the $500 million renovation and expansion of the Miami Beach Convention Center.
Williams is married, has four grown children and is an avid boater. Miami Dolphins fans will have to accept that he is a rabid Dallas Cowboys fan.
