As planning for the start of 6600 Main – Town project continues, Jon Cervasio has joined The Graham Companies as Project Manager.
Cervasio will be the main point of contact for day-to-day operations on the project. He will coordinate the work of the general contractor and interaction with local businesses, the community and the Town of Miami Lakes.
Cervasio started his construction career while he was in high school in residential construction. He worked his way up to the position of superintendent. From there, he started his own development and construction business.
In 2009, Cervasio sold his business and moved to South Florida where he joined Facchina Construction as QAQC manager at the Grove at Grand Bay Condominiums in Coconut Grove. He also worked at the Miami Beach Convention Center renovation and expansion prior to joining The Graham Companies.
Cervasio’s father was in the military and spent time moving around the country. During his teen years, Cervasio grew up near Atlanta and spent his summers in southern Alabama. He attended Riverside Military Academy and Auburn University where he earned a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering.
Cervasio is married to Wendy and they have one son, Chase. He enjoys spending time with family and is an avid boater. He also has a rotorcraft certification in ATP helicopters.
