Andrea Graham Rechichi has been promoted to Vice President of Customer and Corporate Relations at The Graham Companies. The announcement was made by Carol Wyllie, executive vice president.
Rechichi joined the firm in 2012 and was charged with handling customer and corporate relations. Since then, she has been given additional responsibilities of a company-wide nature including the company’s year-long 80th anniversary celebration, preparation of the company’s annual report, coordination of the company’s social media efforts, interaction with Town of Miami Lakes staff, and oversight of The Miami Laker.
“Andrea’s understanding of the Miami Lakes community and her creative talents and organizational skills have had a significant impact on the company’s image, both here in Miami Lakes and the broader South Florida area,” said Wyllie.
Rechichi grew up in Miami Lakes as a third generation Miamian. In her original position in 2012, she served primarily in the Commercial Real Estate division of the company working with tenants on a variety of items as well as overseeing a property inspection program and leading the Architectural Control Committee for the Business Parks and Town Center. She also serves as a volunteer on the Town’s Economic Development Committee.
Prior to joining The Graham Companies, Rechichi was the Program Director of Honey Shine Inc., a life skills mentoring program for girls between the ages of 8 and 18 in South Florida.
Rechichi earned her Masters Degree in Nonprofit Management at The New School for Public Engagement in New York City. She also holds a Bachelors degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado-Boulder, and remains an active alumni.
