Hialeah Women's Club hosts Pizza, Pasta and Bunco March 21

The GFWC Woman’s Club of Hialeah is hosting a fundraising event, Pizza, Pasta and Bunco on Thursday, March 21 at their clubhouse located at 525 West 1 Avenue in Hialeah. The fun starts at 6:15 p.m. with dinner and a “Chinese” auction, followed by three rounds of Bunco. For those who don’t know how to play Bunco, there will be an overview lesson before the start. Skill is not needed, just luck!
The event is a family event and is open to anyone. The suggested donation for adults is $10.00 and for children 10 and under $6.00. Payment will be taken at the door. This is a fundraiser with proceeds going to Operation Smile, an organization which works around the world to offer free clef lip and palate surgeries to those who can’t afford it. Just $240 and 45 minutes can be a life changing event for a child or young adult.
The GFWC Woman’s Club of Hialeah is a volunteer women’s service organization, providing opportunities for education, leadership training and community service to its members through the participation of the General Federation of the Women’s Clubs, the GFWC Florida Federation of Women’s Clubs, Miami-Dade County and the community, enabling them to make a difference in the lives of others.
Members of the GFWC Woman’s Club of Hialeah come from areas beyond the city boundaries, serving Miami Lakes, Palm Springs North, Hialeah Gardens, Medley and beyond. The volunteer spirit knows no boundaries.
