The Kislak Organization announced the acquisition of Plantation Professional Park, a medical and office complex on West Sunrise Boulevard in Plantation. Purchase price was $5.15 million for the six single-story buildings totaling 63,000 square feet on 7.84 acres.
“With Broward County leading South Florida in job growth, Plantation Professional Park is well-positioned to capitalize on growing demand in the office market,” said Kislak president and CEO Tom Bartelmo.
“Kislak plans to invest in substantial exterior capital improvements as well as interior renovations to make the suites market-ready. The property also features vacant land offering the potential for additional office space or parking,” Bartelmo added.
The Kislak office portfolio includes the Kislak Building and Miami Lakes Corporate Center in Miami Lakes, and Rockland Harbor Park in Rockland, Maine. The organization’s multifamily portfolio is made up of apartment communities throughout the Sun Belt.
