Main Street Players (MSP) located at 6766 Main Street, has postponed performances of Superior Donuts, which was originally scheduled to run September 28 through October 21. The show will now run from January 3 through January 20, with performances Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. and Sundays at 2 p.m. Tickets are $30 for adults and $25 for students, seniors and military personnel. Theatre League and Industry will be $20 with I.D. presented at the door.
MSP will host two staged readings during the month of October. The Shakespeare Troupe of South Florida will present a staged reading of an abridged version of ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’ on Friday, October 12 at 8 p.m. and Saturday, October 13 at 8 p.m. Tickets will be $20.
The hilarious ‘No Cojas Lucha,’ written and directed by Sonia Cordoves, will be back at MSP Saturday, October 20 at 8 p.m. and Sunday, October 21 at 5 p.m. Tickets are $15.
