Luis Martinez, senior executive vice president of The Graham Companies, is the guest speaker for the Miami Lakes Chamber of Commerce membership meeting.
The event is scheduled for 11:30 a.m., Wednesday, July 11 at Don Shula’s Hotel.

The Graham Companies will operate the project in partnership with the Miami Jewish Health Systems, and the Town of Miami Lakes will run the Senior Community Center.
The age-restricted apartment community will be open in 2020 for people 62 years and older and no persons under 19 will be allowed to live on site in compliance with federal and state regulations.
The Seniors Village will be located on a 15 acre site on the eastern shore of Graham Dairy Lakes along Commerce Way south of N.W. 148 Street.
Martinez joined the Graham Companies in 1999, and is responsible for the overall direction and development of the company’s residential rental properties.
Previously, he was president and owner of a small business and was an officer at two area banks.
Martinez earned his master’s degree in business administration from the University of Miami.
