Our Neighborhoods: Crescent Pointe

One recent Sunday afternoon, Katherine Dias of Hialeah brought take-out from Bolay Kitchen to her car for the drive home.

“Me and my mom and my family like to eat here,” Dias said of the restaurant, one of several in the

Crescent Pointe retail and office complex in Miami Lakes.

She said the busy parking lots in the front and back of the building at 15121 NW 67th Ave. don’t deter her from her destination.

“It’s still worth it,” Dias said. “I really like their food and their prices are not that expensive.”

She’s not planning on trying the other dining options there just yet -- for now her heart, and tummy, belong to Bolay.

Crescent Pointe is a two-story, 38,885 square foot mixed-use building for retailers, restaurants and offices.

Miller Construction built it for The Graham Companies and it opened in 2019.

Crescent Pointe is a block south of Main Street and is in walking distance to many apartment complexes, the town center’s shops, theaters and restaurants and Miami Lakes Town Hall and police station.

The tenant list includes HDS Companies housing and development software company and its HDS Foundation, which serves teens and young persons with autism; Lee & Nieda CPAs; an Amerant Bank branch; Jersey Mike’s Subs; Bolay Kitchen; Sergio’s Cuban Cafe & Grill; AT&T and TerraLex Legal Services.

A P.F. Chang’s To Go location is scheduled to open in about six months.

Spaces are available in the complex, which has a flat, two-tone facade with square columns and a portico.

Diners at the various restaurants can eat outside, and Crescent Pointe is a popular draw for office workers and laborers on their lunch hours.

There is 9,853 square feet of office space available that can be subdivided down to 1,852 square feet, and one retail space left is 1,765 square feet, said Philip Wyllie, leasing manager for The Graham Companies.
