The Lindeman Group is a one stop location for people who are seeking professional assistance in the areas of real estate, real estate law, title, escrow and insurance, and the company can be found in the heart of Miami Lakes.

The company, also known as Advocate Law Groups of Florida Lindeman Title and Escrow, is a combination of Jon Lindeman’s law firm and the real estate experience of his wife, Ephigenia Lindeman, as they provide high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

The company recently moved to its new location at 5707 N.W. 158 Street to better serve their clients with ample space for its expansion; it was previously located at 15100 N.W. 67 Avenue for more than five years.

The company, which has eight offices in Florida and two outside the Sunshine State, is a full service title closing company that can provide its clients with the necessary tools they need to help close a real estate deal.

For service title, lawsuit and commercial and residential real estate settlements and escrow the company is made up of attorneys, paralegals and significant support staff providing a broad range of title services with efficiency and professionalism at reasonable rates.

The company also provides its clients with efficient and trustworthy lending options for them to finance their projects.

“It’s placing everything under one roof,” Ephigenia Lindeman said.

As an attorney, Jon Lindeman said the idea to combine the services to form one company came from judges and other lawyers.

“The name Lindeman is known in the court system, and judges and lawyers suggested I branch out  to reach out and help other customers.”

As a realtor with a wealth of experience, Ephigenia Lindeman said the company has an obligation to protect investors, including making sure they are not being taken advantage of.

“We have a strong legal staff to make sure our clients are getting the best opportunities for them,” she said.

In the past six years, Ephigenia Lindeman said her company has helped 6,000 people save their homes who were being taken advantage of for loan issues.

“We gave them other opportunities that they would not have otherwise had,” she said.

The Lindeman Group decided to branch out to other real estate franchises to help them reach their full potentials, including training real estate agents, among other services.

ReMax, a realty firm, reached out to the company and called their association the ReMax Ambassador Reality Group.

“We can take them from A to Z,” said Ephigenia Lindeman. “ReMax is a No. 1 franchise brand.”

The company also reaches out to international real estate investors from South America to England, who are seeking to buy property in the United States.

Ephigenia Lindeman, who speaks five different languages, English, Spanish, French, Greek and Creole, said the law firm can help them obtain a visa and legal status.

Jon Lindeman moved to Miami and graduated from Southwest High School.

He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Florida International University and his law degree from the New England School of Law.

He also served in the United States Navy.

Ephigenia Lindeman was born in Canada, where she earned her degrees in psychology, architecture from Concordia University and John Abbott College.

She is also a certified auditor and motivational speaker.

The company is a VIP sponsor for the upcoming Miami New Construction Show at the Miami Beach Convention Center, where 40,000 people are expected to attend the construction summit.
