Mayor Manny Cid, Vice Mayor Frank Mingo and Councilmember Nelson Rodriguez welcomed Miami Lakes resident, Nancy Fernandez, to her new offices at 14750 N.W. 77 Court, Suite 316. Fernandez recently opened Fairway Mortgage Corporation, the second largest lender in retail production.
