Q-Q Research Consultants is a woman-owned small business staffed with professionals with over 15 years of experience in management and planning, program evaluation, program monitoring, publication development, data collection, data analysis and reporting.
The firm offers professional management services to the Federal Government, foundations, municipal governments, school districts, and non-profit organizations.
