YATF hosts Student Job Fair on April 22

Town of Miami Lakes, in partnership with its Youth Activities Task Force and Economic Development Committee, will host a Student Job Fair to connect high school, college and graduating students with businesses looking to hire seasonal, entry-level and intern positions for this summer. 

The Job Fair will be held from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, April 22, at Mary Collins Community Center, 15151  N.W. 82 Avenue.

The previous Job Fairs drew over 30 local business participants and more than 100 students attended, many of which were hired. 

Miami Lakes encourages local businesses to participate in this free opportunity to meet potential interns and/or future employees. 

Space is limited and registration is required. Employers interested in participating need to submit a registration form by Friday, April 7. The forms can be found at www.miamilakes-fl.gov/bizresources.
