The Town of Miami Lakes, in partnership with local business Lighthouse Yoga and Wellness, announced free Yoga in the Park is back with the first class to be held from 9 to 10 a.m. on Saturday, October 20, at Miami Lakes Picnic Park West, 15151 N.W. 82 Avenue.
The class is open to all ages and levels and will be held every Saturday from 9 to 10 a.m. Attendees are urged to bring friends, family, and a mat.
