The Main Street Merchants Association, along with sponsors, community organizations, restaurants, arts and crafts vendors, and local businesses, are preparing for the 8th Annual Taste of Miami Lakes Festival on Main Street from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, February 28. Admission is free.
With over 60 vendors lining Main Street from Bull Run Road to N.W.. 67 Avenue, the Main Street event will feature activities including showcases from local high schools and specialty studios, a Kids Area Fun Zone, musical entertainment, magic show, and much more.
The Taste of Miami Lakes is a one-of-a-kind outdoor festival which celebrates the spirit of Downtown Miami Lakes and is a community event perfect for the whole family.
This year, Jose’s Hands will be the beneficiary charity. Jose’s Hands, through grants and donations, sponsors first-year medical students looking to expand their summer clinical, public health, or research opportunities by funding their travel, living, and meal arrangements to medical missions with service opportunities for students in health care studies.
