Thurs., March 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31, 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Strengthen and sculpt your muscles with the REV+FLOW fitness method, work on developing strength and balance at home with low impact exercises during this six week series for all fitness levels. Led by a certified fitness instructor. Ages 19+.
