On February 2, five American Senior High students performed at the Frost School of Music at the University of Miami. Every year the school hosts an honor band where band students from South Florida up to Central Florida audition to be apart of and learn music over the weekend and host a performance in their professionally built hall. Student Ulyana Zamora plays the trumpet, Jonathan Aguirre plays the clarinet, Ivan Rodriguez plays the trombone, Isaac King plays the percussion and Jeremy Robleto plays the French horn. They were accompanied by their band director Victor Villaorduna.
