Feb. 27 or Feb. 29 HELP (Health Emergency Life Protection) Class Miami-Dade Fire Rescue teaches basic lifesaving skills such as adult and pediatric, hands-only CPR; early stroke recognition; stopping the bleed and blocked airway emergencies for adults, children and infants. Interactive lecture and hands-on practice. This is awareness level training with minimal physical activity for those without medical backgrounds.
