Elderly Affairs Committee hosts Double-Nine domino tournament on Nov. 15

Miami Lakes Elderly Affairs Committee is hosting a Domino Tournament at 6 p.m. on Friday, November 15. The Double-Nine tournament, sponsored by Ambert Medical Care Center, will be held at the Roberto Alonso Community Center, 16500 N.W. 87 Avenue.

“South Florida has a rich history of some of the best domino games in the world,” said Vice Mayor Manny Cid. “From Maximo Gomez Park (Domino Park) in Shenandoah, and now Miami Lakes, playing dominoes is a fun and challenging way to bring our community together.”
