Miami Lakes Elderly Affairs Committee is hosting a live healthy cooking demonstration on Saturday, April 26. The presentation will be provided by a Healthy Living Meals representative.
The presentation takes place from 11 a.m. to noon at the Mary Collins Community Center, 15151 Montrose Road (N.W. 82 Avenue). The event is free and open to the public. A complimentary healthy lunch will be provided.
