Holiday Red Mimosa
     This holiday season, why not try a festive and refreshing twist on the Mimosa cocktail? In this version, swap orange juice for the fruit juice of the season.
•   In a flute glass, pour 2 ounces of cold, red cranberry juice in the bottom.
•   Fill the glass with chilled Champagne.
•   Float three or four fresh cranberries on top and add a rosemary sprig. Don’t worry, the sprig is just a garnish and it won’t change the flavor.
•   Enjoy!
 
Ingredients: 2 ounces cold cranberry juice, Champagne
Garnish: Fresh cranberries and a sprig of rosemary.
