Mail-in ballot applications available

Did you receive a form to request a Vote by Mail ballot from Miami-Dade County Elections in your mailbox?
As the coronavirus outbreak lingers in South Florida, officials anticipate that more voters will want to cast their ballots remotely.
And that process will begin this summer, as the Aug. 18 Primary Election approaches.
Voters may fill out the paper form and mail it back in a prepaid envelope sent by the county.
If you didn’t receive one in the mail, you can download it from www.miamidade.gov/elections or search the internet for Miami-Dade vote by mail ballots to get to the elections website.
You can also call the county at 305-499-8444.
Voters will still be able to participate in the
Primary in person during the early voting period, from Aug. 3 – 16 at 23
different polls, or on Aug. 18, Primary Election Day, in their assigned precincts.
Register before July 20.
The General Election is Nov. 3; register by Oct. 5 if you are not already an eligible voter.
