The Main Street Players, Miami Lakes’ only theatre now designated with a professional status, has made changes to their board of directors for the 2017 year.
The first meeting of the year elected officers Clara Lyzniak as president and executive director, Robert Coppel as vice president and artistic director, Dennis Lyzniak as treasurer, and Richard Cifuentes as secretary. Directors named were John Olivera, Patty Fernandez, Larry Chidsey, Charles James, Daniel Nieves, Cindy Castillo and Isaac Polanco.
The Main Street Players look forward to continue bringing quality and affordable live theatre to the community and beyond and have a new 2017 season planned, beginning with Real Women Have Curves which runs now through February 26. For more information on the season and new board of directors visit
