MIA Flag 16U team wins Youth Flag Football World Championships

The MIA Flag Football team representing Miami Lakes won the 16U age division title at the Youth Flag Football World Championships held in January at the ESPN Wide World of Sports complex at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando. The team went 6-1 in seven games during the tournament and faced squads from Florida, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, New York, Canada and Mexico.
