Palm Springs United Methodist Church (PSUMC) located at 5700 West 12 Avenue in Hialeah, is reaching out to the community by partnering with Florida International University (FIU) to bring health, counseling, and social work benefits to anyone who is in need of assistance.

It is a complete package of resources to meet the different needs in a household. The package is free and those with and without insurance are eligible. The mobile clinic will be at PSUMC every Thursday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Those interested must first sign up through a program called Neighborhood Help by calling 305-919-4594. Neighborhood Help will guide callers in setting up appointment times.

For those interested in obtaining health insurance, there is a representative from the Affordable Care Plan to assist in filling out the applications, providing information and answering questions.
