Biscuit is a 2-year-old Miniature Schnauzer who lives in Miami Lakes with Hannah O’Donnell and her boyfriend, Nicholas Albertson.
Depending on how Biscuit is groomed, he can look like a poodle or other breeds.
The couple are enrolled in law school and rely on Biscuit to help them cope with stress, O’Donnell said.
“He keeps us busy and gives us something to do when we’re not in court or at school,” she said.
Biscuit accompanies Albertson on fishing trips, and will “walk and walk and walk” around downtown and to the Farmer’s Market, she said.
He is also best friends with Sushi, the family cat.
Biscuit’s distinctive coat is called “chocolate merle,” O’Donnell said.
And if he couldn’t be more perfect, Biscuit is very easy to entertain.
“He loves a cardboard box,” she said. “He likes to chase it around and prefers a box over a brand-new toy.”
