The town of Miami Lakes and its Neighborhood Improvement Committee is hosting its quarterly meeting for residents seeking information about homeowners and condominium associations.
It’s set for Thursday, Jan. 16, at 7:30 p.m. at town hall, following the committee’s monthly meeting that begins at 7 p.m.
Topics will include board member certifications, legal updates and how to keep governing documents current.
Budgeting, annual meetings and elections will also be discussed.
Town hall is at 6601 Main St.
