Scene Around Town: Miami Lakers’ Views

Lake Martha resident Jorge E. Garcia, 83, was driving home from Publix on June 15 when he was struck by how the light, which he said was “kind of foggy,” was reflected upon the water near Dade Pine Avenue and Queen Palm Terrace in Miami Lakes.
