Shula's World Cup Challenge began Sunday, June 1, and will continue through Sunday, July 20. The World Cup Challenge brings together the best of soccer and golf with golf course events that parallel the 2014 Fifa World Cup.
To participate in Shula's World Cup Challenge, register at the Golf Pro Shop at Shula's Golf Club. This challenge is open and free to all guests who choose to play. Once registered, participants will select a country to represent from the 2014 Fifa World Cup.
After playing 18 holes of golf and submitting a scorecard to the golf club staff, using the Callaway scoring system, the first and second place finishers from each World Cup Group will advance to the Knock-Out Rounds. Winners of the Knock-Out Rounds advance to the finals.
First place winner of the final round will win two tickets to the 2014 Guinness International Champions Cup or a complimentary foursome of golf at Shula's Golf Club. Second place will win a complimentary round of golf for two at Shula's Golf Club.
Additionally, each scorecard turned in during the World Cup Challenge will also be entered for a drawing to win a choice of two tickets to the 2014 Guinness International Champions Cup or a complimentary foursome of golf at Shula's Golf Club.
