Miami Lakes Veterans Committee is urging residents who have a pair, or pairs of no longer needed eye glasses, to donate gently used glasses to the Miami Veterans Hospital to aid American veterans.
From now through September, a donation box will be located at Town Hall, 6601 Main Street. Donations will be accepted Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
