When Miami-Dade County’s efforts to control the spread of the coronavirus included halting indoor dining on July 9, restaurant owners began serving diners outdoors. The Miami Lakes town council has allowed struggling restaurants to expand their service to sidewalks and parking lots, with proper permits. Soon a white marquee appeared in front of Dr. Limon Ceviche Bar in the Cypress Village Shopping Center.
The Peruvian restaurant will celebrate its third anniversary on Aug. 17th. Among new offerings on its menu is a cocktail called Summer Vibes, made with watermelon, tequila and mint leaves. Lunch or dinner can be had at tables that are amply spaced and seat up to four people.
