Workout: Do at home, in the gym or on the go!

An exercise band is a versatile training accessory that is portable, light weight and invaluable for building strength.
To begin:
–Fasten the exercise band around both feet. Support yourself on your knees and palms.
–Press hands into the floor and contract your navel toward your spine.
–Inhale while holding in your abdomen, then exhale and extend one leg back, stretching the band.
–Hold the position for 2-3 seconds. Perform 15-20 reps while maintaining the posture and alignment throughout the movement.
–Repeat the sequence with the other leg.
