Town of Miami Lakes, in partnership with local business 305 Yoga Miami Lakes, hosts free Yoga in the Park beginning with the Super Saturday at the Park event on November 4 from 9 to 10 a.m. at Picnic Park West, 15151 N.W. 82 Avenue.
The class is open to all ages and levels, and will take place every Saturday morning. Bring friends, family and a mat.
