     Hialeah-Miami Lakes Senior High Speech and Debate team continue their win streak taking 1st Place at the Stearns, Weaver, Miller Policy Debate Tournament on Jan. 10.  The competition held at Miami Dade College’s North Campus is part of the Miami Dade Urban Debate League. Town Foundation awards $100,000 in community grants
