Sponsored by DeVry University and Florida Power & Light, 25 students mentored by Manuel Cox and Carlos Rodriguez, FPL North Region Engineer and Patriot alumnus, traveled with an 80 pound original robot they constructed to compete against 62 teams from around the world.

The team enjoyed the design and construction process along with the opportunity to match their engineering skills against an international field of competitors.
