Barbara Goleman students compete in Ten80 event

A group of Barbara Goleman High students recently competed in the Ten80 Education STEM state competition taking first place in the racing competition and finishing second overall.
Ten80 Education is a team of STEM, education and business professionals dedicated to cultivating a STEM Ecosystem that unites and inspires the next generation to entrepreneurial thinkers and innovators empowering all student to thrive in a world of constant innovation.
The integrate collaboration and competition allows students the opportunity to demonstrate their STEM skills in race engineering, coding and automation, design and fabrication, graphic design, marketing, community outreach and data-driven design projects that ask students to follow their own interests.
The Gators are now headed to the national competition this month in Texas.
