Bob Graham Education Center (BGEC) congratulated its students for earning awards at the South Florida Regional Science and Engineering Fair.
Nazli Zanabria earned a first place in the Middle School Bridge Category. Amanda Saiz and Tyler Roldan earned an honorable mention for their bridges. David Coira, Giovanni Sanchez, Yan Cartaya, George Diaz and Shaila Petrov earned the Superior award.
Kayla Brito, Emily Sosa and Julian Real-Arias earned the Excellent award. Antonio Chouza, Joel Zuniga, Monica Coira, Rachel Almaguer, Olana Duff and Isabella Munoz earned the honorable mention award for their science experiments.
The administration at BGEC aknowledged Science lead teacher Marilyn Dieppa for her extraordinary efforts and dedication to the Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) Academy.
