Miami Lakes resident Christian Cayon was named to the Dean’s list for academic excellence for the fall 2016 semester at Johns Hopkins University. To be selected for this honor, a student must earn a grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale in a program of at least 14 credits with at least 12 graded credits.
Cayon is the son of Carlos and Giuliana Cayon and attended Barbara Goleman High School. He is majoring in global environmental change and sustainability and will graduate in May 2017.
