Positive Coaching Alliance, in partnership with the Miami Marlins Foundation, is working with 18 Miami-Dade County Public Schools to help student-athletes develop life skills, focusing on character, social and emotional learning and mental health needs this school year.
Jason Pratt, senior manager with Positive Coaching Alliance, spoke about his career via Zoom with students at Spanish Lake Elementary School in December, when he served as principal for the day.
Pratt, who has also coached soccer and worked in entertainment, called it “a cool experience.”
