On Tuesday, August 8, the Giving Gators non-profit organization, welcomed the new principal Dr. Manuel Sanchez III and new assistant principal Nora Bueno to Barbara Goleman Senior High School (BGHS).
Giving Gators leader Daylin Garcia said, “We are thrilled to have Dr. Sanchez and Mrs. Bueno as the new administrators at BGHS and wanted to be the first to officially welcome them and let them know that the Giving Gators are ready and eager to work alongside the administration, teachers and counselors for what is best for our students and the community.”
Sanchez brings to Goleman excellence in administration and curricular expertise, while Bueno brings academic distinction and community involvement. “It’s going to be a great year,” said Garcia.
Sanchez stated his goal as the new principal, “I am honored to be part of the Barbara Goleman family. Our goal is to be ‘Be the Best’ in all we go. Go Gators!”
