All high school students and parents interested in Miami Dade College’s School for Advanced Studies (SAS) program are invited to attend the SAS College Forum where guests will discover what makes an application competitive for college admission. The forum is scheduled for Saturday, May 9, from 10 a.m. to noon at Miami Dade College’s Wolfson Campus, room 3210.
Directors and assistant directors of participating schools including Penn State, MIT, Princeton, Dartmouth, and Johns Hopkins will be available for meet and greets. Insight about academic rigor, financial aid, and the complex admissions process for Ivy Leagues will be offered at the forum.
