The Miami-Dade County School Board unanimously approved two items proposed by Board member Perla Tabares Hantman at its monthly meeting proclaiming April 2017 as Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Month, endorsing April 23-39, as Administrative Professionals Week, and April 26, as Administrative Professionals Day.
“As an advocate for children, the District is committed to providing a safe and nurturing learning environment for students to flourish and thrive,” said Hantman. “Our school district joins thousands of people in recognizing and appreciating the values and contributions of administrative staff professionals to the workplace.”
