Miami Lakes AutoMall donated $1,500 to three local educators who serve in Miami Lakes and the surrounding communities.

Senra met with retired U.S. Marine Col. William G. Perez, shown in the first photo, to present a $500 check on Jan. 18. Perez founded the non-profit Veterans Story Hour. Veterans teach civics in schools, at corporations and to community groups, at no cost.
Gigi’s Playhouse is a Down syndrome achievement center. It offers free programs to students in Miami Lakes, including tutoring, music, dance, cooking classes and one-to-one instruction in English Literature and Mathematics. Shown in the second photo are Fred Senra, giving a check to Clari Zeledon, founder of Gigi’s Playhouse in Miami Lakes.
