Julie Carvajal of Miami Lakes, was awarded a double Bachelor of Arts degree in Bible and Theology and Elementary Education from Southeastern Bible College on Friday, May 5. After graduation, Carvajal plans to pursue another double major and continue working at Restoration Academy.
She graduated from Miami Lakes Educational Center in 2011 and is the daughter of Yolanda Carvajal of Bogota, Colombia and Frank Carvajal of Havana, Cuba.
