Mother of Our Redeemer students put on an Advent show in December called “A Musical Christmas.” Families and visitors were entertained by dancing, singing, and acting and all had a wonderful Christmas celebration to celebrate Christ’s birth.
Eighth graders began the show with a re-enactment of the nativity in which they acted and moved through the different scenes of the story to the song, “Breath of Heaven.” A strong emotion was felt throughout the auditorium. The show was then kicked into high gear with both American and Latin traditional Christmas music for the season.
Younger students danced, sang, rapped, and goofed around to the musical Christmas theme. The show was a success, and administrators are proud of the students and teachers for their theatrical performances this year.
The school wishes the community a blessed new year.
