Applications are now being accepted through April 15 for the U.S. Naval Academy Summer STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) Program.

The program is held in three sessions: June 5-10 for rising 9th graders; June 12-17 for rising 10th graders; and June 19-23 for rising 11th graders.

The Summer STEM program is an overnight academic program that gives students an opportunity to experience real-life applications of math and science principles through hands-on practical learning.

Students will learn from Naval Academy professors in world-class lab facility that provide a unique learning environment outside of the traditional classroom.

Tuition is $550 and students are responsible for providing their own transportation to and from the Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland.
